*I was sent a box to review, but was not compensated further.  All opinions and run-on sentences are 100% mine.

This month’s box came in the midst of the fire nonsense, which was quickly followed by a visit with my mom and a trip to Disneyland, and and and…basically I’m just now getting a chance to even LOOK at the thing. So let’s check it out together.

MaskerAide Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask
I haven’t tried this yet, but I have found myself liking these sheet masks, no matter how creepy they look on (seriously, like horror movie creepy). I probably could have used these during the crazy dryness last week, but I’m thinking these will make for a nice little pampering this weekend.

H2O Plus Aqualibrium Marine Cleansing Gel
Another one I haven’t tried, but I’ve liked the other things I’ve gotten from H2O plus, so I’m looking forward to trying this when I’m done with the sample of stuff I’m using right now.

Ban Total Refresh Cooling Body Cloths
I got a chance to try this while we were at Disney, and I found it to be PERFECT for that situation. It was a small little package that slipped very easily into my “theme park purse” and was a welcome refresher after getting kind of sweaty and gross from walking around in the sun all day. I want to try these in a few other potential situations (beach days maybe? the fair?), but I think I’m a fan.

Harvey Prince Hello
For a perfume (which I just can’t really handle anymore, most scented things give me a headache now. Let’s all thank pregnancy and childbirth now, shall we?), it’s a nice one. It’s a little on the sweet side, but not so much so that it made me feel like I was walking cotton candy. It smelled light and summery, with a bit of sweetness. If I wore perfume anymore, I would totally consider this one.

CATTIVA Precisione Eye Liner
Honestly, the last thing in the world that I need is *another* black eyeliner. I’m fairly drowning in the stuff (sub boxes? Send me other colors than black! I rarely wear black! I have zillions of black eyeliners!), so this will go in the trade pile. On a glance, it seems like a perfectly nice eyeliner though.

Not too bad, though definitely not an OMG SO EXCITING box. I’ll use all but two of the items, and even those are just because of my personal issues. Not too bad.

Beauty Box 5 is a subscription-based, beauty sampling program that delivers a box filled with 5 cosmetic samples to your door every month. It is $12/month, $30/Quarterly, or $99/annually.
