So you blink and all of a sudden it’s been a month since you’ve done a RFATW. Oops. I’ll make it up to you with some great stuff, mkay?
Over at hooey! critic, No longer trying to ‘fit in’, a great post about fitting it (or not) in the world of blogging.
Over at Swistle this older post, The Facts (for Some People) is one of the GREATEST things I’ve ever read about parenting and kids–particularly in this world of judging what everyone else does.
Over at DadCentric, Jason writes Earned…about that transition that eventually waits for most parenting bloggers.
Over at The Bloggess, one of my favorites: How to tell if you’re a troll.
Over at Zoot, Kim touches on something I find myself agreeing with a lot: The Social Disconnect Of The Digital Age Makes Some Of Us More Social. Maybe not always, but definitely sometimes.
Over at Reading (and chickens), Shalini writes Breathrough about something that…well, honestly that I need to remember myself about what we deserve.
An interesting read over at Jezebel–The Tyranny of ‘She’s Just Jealous’. I think we do a disservice to ourselves when we say that the only reason someone is critiquing another woman is because she’s jealous. Honestly, jealousy isn’t the only reason a woman can criticize another woman.
And finally, if you haven’t seen it yet, this TedX talk on Self-Doubt by Elan Morgan(Schmutzie) is one of my favorite things in a long, long time.
Now go, enjoy!
I’m not a huge fan of wearing pants, but I (usually) try to be nice and I don’t live under a bridge… so I guess I’m not a troll. :p
Thanks for the link!!!
See, what would I do without you? I would have probably missed nearly all of these great posts!
