2012 To-Do List
Another year, another list of things to-do.
- Read 50 books.
- File our taxes before April.
- Bring lunch to work at least 3 times a week.
- Skype with all of Jackson’s grandparents at least once a month.
- Do one thing a month to pamper myself, make me feel pretty, or accomplished or special.
- Attend a concert.
- Redo the categories and tags on Ramble Ramble.
- Grow Noodle Knobs to at least 1/2 the traffic and subscribers of Ramble Ramble.
Organize my makeup drawer by making this.Thanks to my awesome husband I’m loving my makeup organizer.- Take Jackson to Legoland.
- Get to my goal weight.
- Eat at least one vegetarian meal a week.
- Streamline my social media accounts.
- Take at least one picture a month with Jackson that I’m in as well.
- Commit to writing posts before turning on Twitter or FB if I have a post idea.
- Create a workable monthly budget.
- Get crowns on my front 6 teeth.
- Handmake 3 items for fun, function or fashion this year.
- Go on a road trip with my family.
- Do 350 jumping jacks a week.
- Host a local blogger get-together.
- Print and frame family photos.
- Fill out the entire year of the One Line a Day book.
- Learn a great, go-to tortilla soup recipe.
- Find an “everyday” cocktail that isn’t mostly caffeine or acid.
- Have one date night a month with my husband (even if we don’t leave the house).
- Create a media kit for Ramble Ramble.
- Get my rings and earrings cleaned.
- Continue saying yes more often.
- Wake up by 6:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that Jackson gets to daycare on time.
- Have people over for dinner/drinks 3 times this year.
- Get my passport up to date.
- Cook or bake at least once a month.
- Make a memory binder of all of Jackson’s photos from daycare.
- See 5 movies in the theater.
- Buy reusable baggies for Jackson’s and my lunches.
- Clean out my feed reader of blogs I read just because they’re big.
- Mark Jackson’s growth every 3 months for a year.
- Write Jackson and N.C. letters once a month.
- Start selling Noodle Knobs prints.

I had read 50 books on my list a few years ago and read over 70, so it’s doable… but I also didn’t have a child (or wasn’t expecting) at that time, so that could alter it too.
Lots of good and fun to-dos though!
