Reads From Around the Web

It’s been a crazy week, and my head’s been all over the place. But NaBloPoMo calls, and what better way to round out the blogging week than linking to other people’s stuff?

Over at Musings of a madwoman, Erin gives a beautiful look into her view of someone else’s natural home birth. I’m not one (personally) for home birth, or (again, personally) for an unmedicated birth. But this was beautiful and gave me a good weepy feeling.

Over at Reading (and chickens), Shalini has a post about the Twilight Volturi that had me snorting with laughter at my desk. I’m not a Twilight reader/watcher, but this post SERIOUSLY had me cracking up.

Over at The Well-Read Mom, Alexis has a passionate post on the “Personhood Amendment” up for vote in Mississippi. I don’t get political on this blog often (ever?), but this is something that just makes me crazy.

And finally, a tip from Parent Hacks, featuring an upside down crazy straw that may help with messes!

Read anything awesome recently? Don’t be stingy, share it in the comments!

Aw, thanks Ginger! Stephenie Meyer did all the hard work for me. 🙂
