So you can see, I obviously had my hands full.
(We adopted her on Sunday. She’s an 18 month old (just like Jackson!) lab/border collie mix. So far N.C. and I are head over heels with her, Jackson’s somewhat indifferent–though he loves her toys!–and the cat…well, the cat is plotting our deaths I’m sure).

PS Your house is spotless, how did you manage that? I can barely kick a path through the toys around here…
The clean floor is SOLELY due to bringing home a new animal. We figured we needed to not tempt her with the kids toys on her first day.
No worries, the toys are all over the floor again. And now hers have joined the fray!

You adopted her at a great age. Still young enough to have puppy in her for quite a few years. But, not so young that she needs to be let out in the middle of the night … and is hopefully already house-trained. Hooray!
