Wonderful Wednesdays

Well, it’s Wednesday again, and you folks know what that means! Wonderful Wednesdays, where we look at the good stuff to help us get over the hump of the week. So let’s get to it!

  • One of Jackson’s molars is officially out. Yes, he has 3 more to go, but that one was the worst of them for now, so we’re getting a little reprieve from the frenzy of pain he had been in.
  • I may bitch about DST, but two bonuses? It’s been making me go to bed earlier, and I’ve been getting to work earlier too. I don’t think for a second it’ll last, but I’ll take it while I can get it.
  • I’m getting a haircut this weekend (nothing fancy, just a trim), but my new salon has the most AWESOME policy–two shampoos. The shampooing process (which, lets face it, is one of the best parts of getting your hair done at a salon) lasts a good 10-15 minutes. Ahhh, I’m relaxing just thinking about the scalp massage.
  • I also have a gift certificate for a pedicure that I’m thinking of using up this weekend. Why not go for broke on the pampering/relaxing front?
  • I’m thoroughly enjoying Noodle Knobs. We’re still getting into our stride over there, but I really am liking what we’ve done so far (especially N.C.’s artwork!).

So, those are some of the things that are wonderful for me. What about you, what’s wonderful in your world? Let me know in the comments, or blog it and I’ll link you up below!

Ooh, you are making me want to go get shampooed. And YAY for J’s molar. For us I think the first was worst; the others just sort of eased their way in.

Look, I Wonderful Wednesday’ed! http://mmeperpetua.wordpress.com/2010/11/10/wonderful-wednesday-enlightenment-edition/

A haircut and shampoo sounds soooooo nice. I’m jealous!

Charlotte has this molar that is taking AGES to come in. It’s been a huge lump in her gum for, like, a week. What the hell?

The shampoo really is the best part! The salon I go to throws in a free hand and arm massage (pitching their way too expensive Aveda lotions, of course), and I LOVE it. I’m glad his molar worked its way out!
