My (former) boss was notorious for sending us last minute meeting requests (as in 2 minutes before the time he wanted to meet “I hope you’re not busy, but…” NO I’M NOT BUSY, I’M JUST SITTING AT MY (*#$@# DESK WAITING FOR YOU TO SEND ME LAST MINUTE MEETING REQUESTS!!) and for canceling meetings minutes before they were supposed to begin.

He also never had the foresight to look at the meeting day/time and think “hmm, I probably shouldn’t schedule this meeting at this time because there is something majorly important going on” like the end of the fiscal quarter/half/year or we’ll already be traveling on business, or there is another meeting that he can SEE in Outlook but schedules his meetings for that time anyway.

He’s such an idiot. I was always the one to have to say “Bob, we can’t have that meeting on this day/time because..” and he’d say “oooooh! you’re right!”

Dumbass. I’m so glad I don’t work for him anymore.
