It wasn’t until I was in a serious relationship that I realized how much work the true friendships take. Because now, it’s so easy for me to get wrapped up in life with my husband that if I didn’t make effort with my best girlfriends, those friendships would easily fall by the wayside. Glad to see you realize it takes work – because now you’ll actually make sure you stay close!
