Ok, so I finally got myself together enough to share some of my pics from this Homecoming weekend. I took two cameras with me, my fancy point and shoot, and my POS point and shoot. I ended up with around 248 photos after I got rid of the super out of focus/bad ones, but still didn’t get all the photos I wanted this weekend. Oh well, it gives me something to look forward to next year.
Anyway, lets get started shall we? This is just a sampling–the rest are up on my Flickr page. Feel free to check them out if you’re interested!
- Proof that douchebags can ruin a perfectly good car.
- ooohh, purty.
- Gotta have firemen when you’re lighting a giant blaze in the drought ridden desert.
- Apparently he thinks he’s magic?
- Simple, iconic
- A gift from the alumni to the University.
- Oh, how I love sunsets in Tucson
- The mall lined with palm trees, alumni and students
- Heehee (all in good fun!)
- It’s been a really long time since I’ve seen the student side so full
- Shhh, don’t tell anyone but I know who’s in there!
- Pointing out to the band what they’re playing next. He just wishes he were playing!
- I hate photos of me…but this one’s not bad.
- If you ever have the chance to see a game this close up, I’d take it.
- No really, being on the sidelines in front of 60,000 people pretty much rocks.
- Bear Down Arizona
- Obviously after a few drinks!
Of course, we lost the game. But I’m proud to say we kept USC from scoring too much, and the game was actually good (usually UofA homecoming games are complete blowouts–with the other team crushing us). Overall, the weekend was pretty awesome…we’ll do some things differently next time we go, but all in all an enjoyable time back in Tucson.
My brother lives in Tucson. I had fun walking around the college area when I was there.
Nice shots! Sorry about the game, and yeah, USC SUCKS. Not as bad as Cal, though.
Hahaha, i’m a USC fan. And a Cal/UCLA fan. So… Go cali!
I don’t think that’s allowed.
Well, I guess we all have our personality flaws 😉
